Gary attended his first race in 1969 at 12 years of age. He had always loved working on cars, so when the opportunity came by in the late 70’s to try his skill at being part of a winning team, he jumped on it. His best shot didn’t come until 1981 when he hooked up with buddy, Steve Grossenbacher, and an assortment of hard working souls to run at Midwest Speedway. It took 2 years of hard work and learning before they won their first feature in 1983. Their biggest achievement came in 1985 with 3 feature wins and 2 clean sweeps at Eagle Raceway in a car once driven by Brad Doty . It’s been a lot of years since the fans were cheering for the old #10 silver streak sprinter, but the spirit of winning lives on with Gary’s association with Woods Bros. Realty, and his sponsorship of the Championship Sprint Hard Charger award. His 17+ years of experience go to work to ensure his clients are getting the best possible representation when buying or selling their home, land, or business. As a way of giving back to the sport he loves,  Gary and his daughter Geralyn would like to thank everybody for their friendship and support at Eagle Raceway over the last several years, and wish everyone an exciting and safe  2008 Racing Season !
